I offer workplace yoga, private yoga classes, meditation and company retreats. Whether you're a total newbie or someone craving a fresh challenge, my classes are designed to meet you right where you are.

Yoga has been my sanctuary since 2006. Starting with the dynamic Ashtanga style, I now love to teach Yin and all variations of Hatha Yoga from Slow Flows to Power. My personal journey through back injuries, academic burnout and loss of a loved one has shaped me into a teacher who truly understands the healing power of movement, meditation, and breath work. I help you on your journey to improve strength and mobility but also to rest, recover, and reconnect with yourself.

Music, dance, breath, and stillness - these are my guiding lights. Movement has always been my greatest love, my deepest joy, and one path that’s shaped my life. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been captivated by the magic of moving my body, and now I want to share that magic with you. 

My dance offerings are a rich blend of my years as Nia practitioner and teacher, YogaDance facilitator, and my explorations into conscious dance practices like Soul Motion, Azul, and 5 Rhythms. Nia is a transformative, grounded cardio movement class that unites Body, Mind, and Spirit. It’s this incredible fusion of martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts that makes it so unique and powerful.
